How to start learning with me?

Kindly carefully read the Terms & Conditions below prior to making any booking or payment for an online semi-private classes. 

If you purchase an online semi-private class, it is understood that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If any of the points below is unclear, please contact me. I will be happy to clarify it for you.

n these T&C, "I", "my" or "So Italian" refers to "So Italian Pte Ltd"; "you" or "your" refers to the prospective student.

• In order to reserve a class slot, bookings and payments must be made at least 3 working days before the reserved date.

• Your class slot will be confirmed once full payment has been received.

• Class packages must be fully used within the set time of:

  • 12 weeks for the 10-hour package

  • 24 weeks for the 20-hour package

  • 36 months for the 30-hour package 

• Class package validity starts from the date of purchase. After package expiration, any hours not used will be lost.

• Fees are strictly not refundable or transferable. 

• If you are running late for your class, please inform the teacher. Please note that the lesson time can't be extended.

• If it is a 2-student class and 1 student in your semi-private group cannot attend the class, you have 2 options:​

  • both students do not attend the class. The class is cancelled, nothing is charged.

  • the remaining student can decide to have a private class instead at private class rate

• if it is a 3-student class and 1 student in your semi-private group cannot attend the class, you have 2 options:

  • all the students do not attend the class. The class is cancelled, nothing is charged.

  • the other 2 students can decide to still have their class. The missing student can catch-up with a private class (using private class rate).

• if it is a 3-student class and 2 students in your semi-private group cannot attend the class, the class is cancelled, nothing is charged.

• So Italian is not responsible for any exam scores achieved by students. 

• Students must behave respectfully towards their teacher and other students. I will not tolerate any abusive behaviour. I reserve the right to immediately interrupt classes with students if their behaviour is inappropriate or abusive. No fees will be refunded.
